How we work

Production

At Lion & Bear, every piece of furniture starts long before the first cut of wood. It begins with a quiet conversation about how something will feel in a home, how it will age, and how it will be used on both ordinary and special days.

In our workshop, hands and heart work together. Our carpenters know the grain, the weight, the scent of real wood. Machines help with precision, but it’s the human touch that brings out the soul in every board. Before we build, we take our time: drying each piece properly so it stays strong and steady through seasons, stories, and years of use.

We believe good furniture should feel like it belongs — like it’s always been there. That’s why we design with comfort in mind. Not just soft cushions and smooth finishes, but the kind of quiet comfort that comes from knowing something is made well, and made to last.

This is furniture for living — for real homes, full of people, pets, laughter, and life.

Wood we use

We use mahogany, mango and cypress.

Not all natural wood furniture is the same, and that’s the beauty of it. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose:

Mahogany – deep, rich, and timeless.

For those who love elegance, tradition, and long-lasting beauty.

Cypress – light, calm, and clean.

Perfect for those who prefer minimalist or airy, relaxed interiors.

Mango – warm, bold, and full of character.

For lovers of natural texture, sustainability, and casual charm.

Every piece in our collection is crafted with care from real, honest materials. Need help picking the right one for your space?
